Nicki is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Provider specializing in perimenopause and menopause care. With over 17 years of experience, she has cared for women across their lifespan. She is passionate about helping women navigate midlife with clarity, balance, and vitality. She has a deep interest in the impact of hormones on the female brain, their protective benefits, and the profound symptoms women experience as a result of fluctuating levels, including brain fog, headaches, fatigue, depression, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, and hot flashes/night sweats. She values time and presence and is dedicated to creating a space where women feel heard, supported, and empowered to feel like themselves again. She takes the time to listen, explore your goals, and develop a care plan that fits your unique needs.

Outside of her professional life, Nicki loves spending time with her husband and 4 kids, watching hockey, running, mountain biking in northern Minnesota, cooking up a new recipe, exploring a creative pursuit, sharing a big plate of nachos, and having deep, meaningful conversations.
