Midlife is one of the most transformative seasons in a woman’s life—yet perimenopause and menopause remain some of the most overlooked, misunderstood, and undertreated areas in modern medicine. For too long, women have been expected to push through exhaustion, emotional shifts, brain fog, changes in their bodies, and a loss of identity, all while caring for everyone around them.
At Mindful Midlife Health, I believe women deserve more.

This belief is deeply rooted in my experience as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of clinical experience caring for women across their lifespan.
My passion for women’s health began early. As a little girl, I would reach for the pregnancy and anatomy textbooks on my mother’s bookshelf, fascinated by the complexity and brilliance of the female body. What started as childhood curiosity has grown into a lifelong calling.
Throughout my career, I have devoted myself to caring for women across the spectrum of reproductive health—supporting mothers in labor and delivery, caring for patients recovering from gynecologic surgery, and providing compassionate outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care.
My journey reflects not only expertise, but a deep, enduring commitment to the well-being of women at every stage of life.
In the summer of 2023, I found myself in a moment of unexpected vulnerability—tearfully confiding in my brother that I felt stuck, lost, and unlike myself. The spark I had always recognized within seemed dimmed. Despite being a seasoned clinician, I felt the same confusion and frustration that so many women quietly carry.
This moment of honesty became a turning point.
I uprooted my family of six, moved to a neighboring state, and created the space to reconnect with who I was and what truly mattered. I immersed myself in research on women’s midlife health, determined to understand why so many women feel invisible or dismissed during this stage of life. My journey led me to deepen my expertise and earn certification as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).
What I discovered was undeniable:
Hormones matter.
Brain health matters.
Women matter.
And the world deserves a better, more compassionate, more innovative way to support women in midlife.
Mindful Midlife Health was born from this mission: To bring clarity and compassion to the midlife experience and to bridge the gap between medical knowledge and how women actually feel.
My care is rooted in partnership, education, and empowerment. I meet women where they are and help them reclaim the energy, identity, emotional well-being, and sense of self they deserve.
