Specialty Areas:

I am a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Provider specializing in perimenopause and menopause care. With over 17 years of experience, I have cared for women across their lifespan. I am passionate about helping women navigate midlife with clarity, balance, vitality, and a sense of self. I have a deep interest in the impact of hormones on the female brain, their protective benefits, and the profound symptoms women experience as a result of fluctuating levels, including brain fog, ADHD symptoms, headaches, fatigue, depression, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, and hot flashes/night sweats. I value time and presence, and I am dedicated to creating a space where women feel heard, supported, and empowered to feel like themselves again. I take the time to listen, explore your goals, and develop a care plan that fits your unique needs.

Outside of my professional life, I love spending time with my husband and 4 kids, cheering at hockey games, running, mountain biking in northern Minnesota, cooking up new recipes, leaning into creative growth, somatic healing, sharing a big plate of nachos, and having deep, meaningful conversations.
